• Visit the login page:

  Go to app.tradecopify.com/login to access the login form.

• Enter your credentials to log in:

  Input the email address you used during registration, enter your password.
  Click the "Log in" button to access your Dashboard.

Not Registered Yet?

If you don’t have an account, click the "Sign Up" link below the login form or go directly to app.tradecopify.com/register.
Follow the registration steps to create a new account.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

If you see an error message:

• Invalid Email/Password: Double-check your credentials for typos.
• Account Not Found: Ensure you’re using the correct registered email.

Tips for Secure Login:

Use a strong, unique password for your TradeCopify account.
Avoid logging in on public or shared devices without ensuring the browser is secure.

Forgot Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, TradeCopify makes it easy to reset and regain access to your account:

• Initiate Password Reset:

  Click on the "Forgot Password" link located below the login form or go directly to app.tradecopify.com/forgot-password.

• Enter Your Registered Email:

  Provide the email address linked to your account.
  Click "Continue with email" to request a verification code.

• Check Your Email:

  Open your inbox and look for an email from [email protected].
  If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

• Set a New Password:

  Enter the verification code
  Enter and confirm your new password.
  Click "Submit" to finalize the reset password process.

Tips:

After resetting your password, make sure to update it in any saved login credentials in your browser or password manager.

Account Settings

Basic Information

The Basic Information tab displays your personal details and account type.

Features:

• Full Name: Displays your first and last name.
• Username: Your unique username (non-editable).
• Email: Shows the email address associated with your account (non-editable).
• Account Type: Indicates whether your account is registered as Individual or Company (non-editable).

Important Note:

If you need to update your personal details (e.g., full name, email, or account type), please contact our support team at [email protected].
Updates will be reviewed and processed manually to ensure account security.

Change Password

Easily change your account password to keep your account secure.

Steps to Change Password:

• Go to the Change Password tab.
• Enter your current password for verification.
• Input a new password and confirm it in the respective fields.
• Click Save Changes to update your password.

Password Recommended:

Minimum of 8 characters.
Includes at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

Preferences:

Personalize your account settings to enhance your user experience.

Available Settings:

• Language: Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.
• Time Zone: Adjust your time zone for accurate timestamps on activities.
• Early Release: Opt-in to test new features by toggling the Early Release setting.

Recent Devices:

Monitor and manage all devices currently logged into your TradeCopify account.

Features:

View details of logged-in sessions, including browser, device, IP address, and login time.
Identify and log out of unrecognized devices for security purposes.

Delete Account:

Permanently delete your TradeCopify account if you no longer wish to use the platform.

Important Notes:

Deleting your account will remove all personal information, preferences, and associated data.
Any active subscriptions will be terminated, and refunds are not available.
Your email and username will remain blocked from future reuse.
