Environments Management

You can manage multiple environments, each with a specific location, to suit your trading strategies.

1. Dedicated Environments Dashboard

   The dashboard displays all your active and pending environments, offering a clear view of their status, location, and subscription details.

   Key Details Shown:
   
   • Name: Unique identifier for each environment.
   • Location: Server location (e.g., EU - London, AS - Hong Kong).
   • IP Address: Exclusive IP for trading.
   • Status: Current deployment state (e.g., Active, Deploying).
   • Created Date: The date the environment was set up.
   
   

2. Adding a New Environment

   To add a new dedicated environment, click on the “Add New Environment” button.

   Fill in the required fields:
   
   • Environment Name: Choose a unique name for identification.
   • Location: Select a preferred server location from the dropdown.
   • Subscription Plan: Choose between monthly or yearly billing.
   • Click “Continue” to go to payment process.
   
   

   Once completed, the environment will start deploying, which may take a few hours. The status will update to Active upon completion.

3. Managing Your Environment

   Click on an environment to view or update its details:

   • Update Name: Rename the environment for better organization.
   • Subscription Plan: View plan type, created date, next billing cycle, and payment type.
   • Cancel Subscription: Cancel the subscription if you no longer need the environment. Note that cancellation is non-refundable.
